Equipment Pack

You can do the classes without any equipment at all, but do make sure you have a carpet or non-slip rug to exercise on.  A Pilates or yoga mat is probably the most essential item.

There’s no need to purchase everything. Each class has a list of what you’ll need so check there first.

Here is a list of equipment you may need (Links to suggested recommended products from APPI but please do your own research)

Provide real-time feedback and check your technique and form.
