Voices of Hope is dedicated to changing our culture one voice at a time. As part of our initiative, we will recognize 1 college sophomore or junior on an annual basis as part of the “Compassionate Roxanne Award.” 

This Award is dedicated to the advocate, Roxanne, that was with our founder, Kristine, as she endured the first week after her rape. Roxanne was there for every step that week which included going back to the scene of the crime. Roxanne made a huge impact not only on her life, but her family’s lives. The recipient of this award is someone that wants to make a change in others' lives.

We are working to create a world where survivors of abuse are believed and deserve the help they need which not only includes help from their counsellor or therapist but also the judicial system, and health care services.
