Executive Coaching
To achieve meaningful change, I believe it's essential to combine deep reflection with a strong commitment to action. As a coach, I guide you through a series of confidential one-on-one sessions designed to help you explore your self-awareness, understand how others perceive you, and examine the system you operate within. At the same time, I support you in taking practical steps to ensure your progress. My clients have shared that I create a relaxed, calm, safe, and yet challenging environment where they can do their best thinking and achieve the transformation they desire. Executive coaching is a personalised, results-oriented process designed to help leaders enhance their professional effectiveness, develop key skills, and achieve their goals.
Through one-on-one sessions, I provide a confidential space for reflection, feedback, and strategy development, helping leaders gain greater self-awareness, improve decision-making, and navigate complex organisational challenges. The coaching process is tailored to the individual, focusing on their unique strengths, areas for growth, and leadership context. Ultimately, executive coaching aims to accelerate personal and professional growth, improve performance, and drive meaningful change within the organisation.
Team Coaching
Creating High Performing Teams sits at the heart of all team coaching interventions my associate colleagues and I undertake. This is why we became certified Team Coaches and is the essence of our approach, focusing on the entire team as the client rather than any one individual. In team coaching assignments, I partner with other experienced coaches to manage the process. This begins with diagnosing the current state of the team, followed by co-designing the coaching programme with team members and co-facilitating workshops to promote reflection, action, and progress. Finally, the programme is evaluated, with an emphasis on ensuring the team's continued growth and development post-coaching.
We collaborate with the entire team to reflect, enhance performance, foster collective leadership, and improve stakeholder engagement, ultimately driving business growth. While each team's coaching journey is unique, common focus areas include:

I’m very fortunate to be able to bring together a wide range of experienced associate coaches with impressive backgrounds gained in business, technology, not-for-profit, and the creative industries. We deliver bespoke coaching assignments, including team coaching. All associates have undertaken in-depth, accredited training at post-graduate level and subscribe to the highest ethical standards in coaching.
Consulting
The consulting assignments I deliver are typically aimed at overcoming the barriers to growth and helping businesses to scale. I focus on three aspects or systems in the business: revenue, management and culture; I have a successful track record of scaling businesses – it’s my passion. With over 40 years’ experience as a business leader, including CEO, various Board positions and a multitude of leadership roles. I help leadership teams in scale-up strategies, pragmatic plans to overcome barriers to sustainable growth, and in building high performing sales functions. Most of my consulting projects tend to leverage my background running successful businesses, from start-ups, scale-ups, to medium and large enterprises in the consulting and technology industry. Here, my primary skills were in leading businesses through periods of transformational growth and in business development and sales. I have been fortunate to hold leadership roles in the successful sale of four businesses.

Sales and Sales Leadership Mentoring
I started my career in sales, in a start-up engineering business and I’ve been in sales leadership roles ever since. I believe that sales and sales leadership mentoring is essential for developing effective and high-performing sales teams. In my mentoring process, I guide sales professionals through tailored strategies and insights to enhance their selling skills, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. For sales leaders, my focus is on refining their leadership capabilities, such as motivating their teams, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Through regular mentoring sessions, both salespeople and their leaders gain valuable knowledge, practical techniques, and the confidence to excel in their roles, ultimately driving the organisation's growth and success.
