In this time, I have developed expertise in DRTV and Individual Giving programs for charities. I am very capable in delivering new projects as well as maintaining and optimizing existing ones. My experience covers acquisition, retention, legacy appeals and planning and budgeting over multiple years. 
 

DRTV is a specific specialism I have developed in recent years. For Animals Asia I created a DRTV program from a business case I created, through scripting the advert, production, recruitment of agencies to a successful program. From the initial test through to a campaign with two adverts on-air delivering circa 1,300 regular donors a month at market leading KPIs.

In my career I have been fortunate to work with amazing causes and some incredible fundraising professionals. 

This has inspired me to develop and implement a sustainable best practice approach in Individual Giving. I have been fortunate to work in global markets as well as the UK.

My strengths are across a range of Individual Giving and Direct Marketing channels, strategy, planning and budgeting. I am also experienced in developing fundraising propositions, new products, tender processes, market research and business cases and financial projections for boards and decision makers. I have also worked in International Markets and this has covered DRTV, market research, business and budget development and supporting colleagues in multiple countries improve their programs.  ​ Having been successful in many interim roles and standalone projects I am providing my services to charities directly. I have delivered successful DRTV programs from research and business case to a full program delivering thousands of donors a month. I’ve improved supporter recruitment and increased income from retention programs. I have created Budgets and Business cases projected over multiple years, strategic advice, research, coaching and team building all focused in Individual Giving.
